Arkansas Personal Information Protection Act
The Arkansas Personal Information Protection Act (Arkansas PIPA), Ark. Code Ann. Section 4-110-101 et
seq., requires covered persons and businesses that acquire, own, or license personal information about
Arkansas residents to implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate
to the nature of the information.
b-resilience.com Updated September 18, 2026 Page 5BEYOND RESILIENCE PRIVACY POLICY
Data Security
Consistent with Arkansas PIPA, we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards
designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or
disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee
absolute security.
Security-Breach Notification
If we determine that a qualifying security breach has affected personal information belonging to
Arkansas residents, we will provide notice to affected individuals in the most expedient time and manner
possible and without unreasonable delay, as required by Arkansas law. Where the law requires it,
including certain breaches affecting more than 1,000 Arkansas residents, we will also notify the Arkansas
Attorney General.
Scope of Arkansas PIPA
Arkansas PIPA is primarily a data-security and breach-notification law. It does not create general
consumer rights concerning sale, sharing, cross-context behavioral advertising,
sensitive-personal-information limitation, or browser-based universal opt-out signals. Our collection, use,
disclosure, cookie, analytics, advertising, and marketing practices are described in the general sections
of this Privacy Policy.
Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act
Our privacy representations and business practices are also intended to comply with applicable
consumer-protection requirements, including the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
Questions or Complaints
If you have questions or concerns about our handling of personal information, contact us at
info@b-resilience.com. Arkansas residents may also contact the Consumer Protection Division of the
Arkansas Attorney General.
RETENTION PERIOD
We retain personal information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purposes for which it
was obtained as outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or
permitted by applicable law. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:
The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you (for example, for as long as you keep
using our platform);
Whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to
keep records or communications for a certain period before we can delete them); or
Whether retention is advisable considering our legal position (such as in regard to applicable statutes
of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations).
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other
practices of any third parties. This includes any third party operating any website or service to which
our Services link. The inclusion of a link on our Services does not imply endorsement of the linked site
or service by us or by our affiliates.

payment services providers. When you use such a service to make a payment, your personal
information will be collected by such third party and not by us, and will be subject to the third party’s
privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy. We have no control over, and are not responsible for,
this third party’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
